Your self-catering in Loches is located beneath the medieval city of Loches and next door to the guest and owners’ housing. This gite has been recently fully refurbished. Period features have been carefully kept and modern fittings installed.

This high degree of quality and the respect of the tradition have been recognised by the regional Prefect who has granted a four star label to our self-catering in Loches.

This self-catering is made up of:

Sitting and dining room (TV, DVD, CD readers…)
Fully equipped “American” kitchen
20 square meter private terrace overlooking the river and the park (stone stairs are going down to the river and to another small terrace)
A flowered courtyard is at your disposal at the back of the cottage
Double bed room, Queen size bed, a balcony is overlooking the river
Twin bed room
Bathroom with bath, hair dryer, handmade soaps, towels

The staff of the Logis does cleaning of the cottage at the beginning and at the end of the stay

Loches is the gate, which opens onto the South of Touraine. From your self-catering in Loches, by foot, it's easy to discover the superb medieval and well kept vestiges of the town. The ramparts, the impressive keeper (44 meters high) and the Saint Ours church are of the upmost interest. The town has also preserved a very rich Renaissance patrimony: the Town Hall, the Royal Castle (Logis Royal), and the "Chancellerie"....
